"We require all volunteers to sign a waiver. You can forward the link below to your volunteers so they register online and be a part of your group. After they register online, they will receive a confirmation email with a QR code that they can use to scan in that day. They can print out the QR code or show it on their phone.....

Minors (Ages 6-17)

I’ve attached the minor waiver form for your minor volunteers. Minors must be at least 6 years old. All minors will need to submit their waiver form with a parent/guardian signature that day. Please make sure you have a waiver form for every minor. Please note we need 1 chaperone per 10 minors. I also attached the adult waiver for the chaperones and/or volunteers over the age of 18......"
